Hi roosee382. The length of the skirt from the lowest seem at the waistline to the bottom of the hem is 26.5", on the sides 22.5". The waist front only measures 17.5". There's a side zipper. And the lining appears to be 100% cotton. It is a darling dress! Let me know what else you might need.
