kdae @jacklinfashion hi! I would say a small, but they have a lot of give to the fabric because of the ribbing so they may still be just fine for a medium, just a little tighter. I am a size 25 jeans, so a size 0 or extra small and found them not tight enough for me. They don’t look loose at all but would just be more comfortable tighter for me if that helps at all.

kdae @jacklinfashion I would double check the waist measurements against something similar you might already own, since that is elastic I think that would really be the reason they may not fit a larger medium as comfortably.
