Cotton Candy Romper (S)

I bought this in Joshua Tree, CA and absolutely love it. The fabric is so soft. No rips, tears, stains, or any issues. Hand washed and treated like a delicate. Beautiful paisley patterned low v-neck tie romper with a ruffle on the fully-lined bottom hem and bell sleeves. Measurements: Length 26”, Waist flat 12” (but has stretch since it’s elastic), Short inseam 13”
