Cotton Candy LA Floral Tie-Front Dress - Size L

Love this floral dress from Cotton Candy LA. It ties in the front and leaves an opening just below the chest which is super flattering. It's also the perfect length and isn't too short, especially for someone like me who has a bigger behind :) Worn only a handful times.
