Cotton Black Skater Skirt Dress

This is a cotton, black, sleeveless Dress that has a slot for any kind of belt. I’ve attached this green one myself (will send without it). It stretchy and flattering and fits nicely on this Medium Mannequin (Size 8) and up to a Large. I think smaller than some larges bc I shrunk it. It is a short skirt on me 5’ 5”
