Super sick cottage core dress/tunic. Didn’t come with a tag . Measurements on hanger: pit to pit 19.5 inches Shoulder to pit 10.5 Shoulder to shoulder 16.5 Length 33 inches Waist 18 inches Model (me) is 5’0 tall and usually wears XS Not sure if it’s supposed to be a dress or a blouse but the top fits very puffy and is sure to make a statement!
