Costa Blanca women's black dress with cutout detailing size S/M

*please note the tag says a medium but I put a small since the measurements seem to line up more with a small. please check measurements before purchase. this main color is black. the neckline is a rounded neckline no sleeves. there is a floral and dot design on the front of the neckline like a large neckline/bib. the design is cut out and will show the skin underneath. then on the back there is a large v opening that show off the person's back. the material also criss crosses on the lower back into the waistline. there material that is on the waistline that kind gives a belt design off. the skirt then has scallop edging at the hemline. there you will find more design like around the neckline. these cut outs in the material will also show the skin underneath. I did notice while measuring thay the hemline like the get caught on the cut outs. this probably won't happen when wearing buy please note when washing or hanging the dress up. there is still a thread and plastic circle thing hanging from the tag on the back. since I don't know if this is brand new or not I left the dress listed as pre owned. the left side has a hidden zipper to help you get this dress on. found no issues or flaws. smoke-free home and pet friendly home. measurements in pictures. measurements laying flat with no stretch. rack P
