Cosplay Dream Dress! Pleated Lucky Chouette Korean

Ugh! I really don’t want to sell this dress. I love it. It sits in my closet and look at it often. I try it on. I twirl around. But never have I worn it. I realize this special dress from South Korea should be worn. Someone is looking for a dress like this to complete their lives. The pleats are special because they have red and pink accents. I’ve scoured the internet for a similar dress and can’t find one. In my anime phase I’d have literally died finding this special dress.
