I absolutely love this dress. It’s a size small but I am a pretty true medium. The waist of the dress is 30” give or take a little because it has stretch so I would say 29”-32” could wear it comfortably! Very flattering for all shapes and sizes. I’m a 29” waist so I sized down and am selling this one.
