Corset Red Prom Dress

Purchased from someone on here, she said the dress was "altered" to fit smaller, meaning she cut the corset strings so she could tie them & tuck it in. Unfortunately it doesn't fit. Great condition, great quality. She said she was 5'2" with tall heels so the dress wouldn't drag. I am open to reasonable offers selling for what I bought it for.
