Is it still available and does the rip affect it at all and is it one that would go over a blouse. Like an under corset?

@zonbiegrl71 yes it is still available and the rip is very minimal and can easily be mended and yes it can go over a blouse nicely when it's on it doesn't ruffle up it's pretty solid hope this helps
