What is the actual overall height of the boot? What is the calf circumference of the boot opening? Do these boots run wider at the ball of the foot? Please provide a measurement of the widest part of the boot - I have bunion issues. What is the actual heel height? Is the outside of the boot and soles of the boot real leather? What is the actual color of these boots? It does not say and the colors in the photo are challenging to understand. Please advise on all questions. Thank you
