No cracks or chips. No lid. Measures 3 1/4 inches tall by 9 inches wide handle to handle by 6 inches wide front to back. Have some dark black scuff mark spots on the bottom or around the rims from continual use overtime. please see pictures for all spots. Note there are two measurements in this listing one is the actual measured out with a ruler. The other is the written measurement on the bottom.
