Coral/pink sleeveless chiffon dress (from Kohl’s)

Coral/pink color with cream colored layer underneath, ruffle detail on bottom. Can we worn with or without cream sash tied around waist. Tag says XS, however seems to fit more like a small. Only worn a couple of times for a couple of hours (wedding, bridal shower).
