Coral teardrop pendant bead branch necklace statement vintage

Gorgeous teardrop pendant coral branch bead statement necklace. The front of the pendant has almost a leaf type engraving and gold tone encasing. The chain looks to be a very simple silver metal wire. Circa 70s or early- mid 80s that is when my mom thinks she got this but other than that I don’t have much information. Sold as is. Overall looks to be in very good condition but I am not a jewelry expert, the back of the pendant shows some possible minor wear? Not sure. See photo #5. I tested this in vinegar for only the exact 12 second duration of the clip you see here. I then rinsed. I know there are competing thoughts on this practice but if this info is useful to anyone I am including it since I don’t see any other identifying makes or marks. Really beautiful, if I wore bold statement pieces I would keep but it just doesn’t fit with my usual personal style. Measurements in the photos.
