Coolest see by Chloe blouse

This blouse is really cool on. It has a lace overlay with a puff sleeve, and then the lace changes around the elbow has a hook closure at the back of the neck. It’s very comfortable to wear. I have gotten make up around the collar and gotten it removed, but there is still some residue.
