Cookie Lee’s necklace/choker - adjustable length

Beautiful brand new never worn gunmetal necklace/choker with adjustable length between 14”-18” I do not know the material but it’s been kept in a plastic bag for years and hasn’t tarnished or anything, still in excellent condition.
