Convict/Prisoner Costume (Dress, Cap, Handcuffs, Ball and Chain, Fishnet, Sign)

This is a convict/prisoner costume, full outfit. The dress is black and white stripes but is very sheer. It is a women's one size. The measurements are 36 inches at the chest, 24-42 inches at the waist, 52 inches at the hips, 15.5 inch long bodice, and 17 inch long skirt. It is 100% polyester and dry clean only. There is elastic in the shirt and sleeve hem, making them slightly bubble. The hat is made from the same material as the dress. It does have some staining. The handcuffs are black plastic. The internal circumference of the cuffs are 8.75, and the cuffs are 8 inches apart. The cuffs are slightly warped but also malleable. The ball and chain is black with a white snap. The ankle strap is 11.75 inches long, the chain is metal and 2 inches long, ant the ball is black plastic and 14.5 inches around. The ball is scratches up, and there is a tear in the ankle strap. The black fishnet pantyhose is a one size fits all. They are 100% nylon and hand washable. I do not see any damage or snags. The numbered sign is handmade. The sign is off white with black handwritten text "3828" and is 9.75x5 inches. The neck strap is 18 inch long green yarn. A similar outfit new would cost around $55.
