Convertible Roman Centurion Coin Clip Earrings

Regal mogul-style Roman Centurion clip earrings that have a central “coin” piece that flips over, set within a matte gold tone circular frame piece with bezel-set rhinestones. These are nice and heavy. They are not signed and I have not been able to identify the maker. These measure 1 1/2” across. They do display some minor wear on the gold plating and one of the clip pads is missing - I am waiting on a delivery of new pads and then will replace. The clip mechanism is in good working order on both earrings. Please do keep in mind that style and condition are subjective and historical research is not always straightforward.
