Converse All Star x Play Comme de Garcon collab.  Sneakers are off white low tops with the red half heart on the sides. Sneakers are a woman's size 8.  These sneakers are awesome!  I have them in black and wear them all the time! Sneakers are preowned in very good condition. They could use a good washing and the laces could stand to be replaced.
