Converse NWT ONE STAR Women's XL Shirt Purple Rayon Ruffle Tie Button/Open front

Have had this shirt a number of years and never worn, new with tags. Converse One Star. Great ruffle neck front. Front V neck ties then has covered buttons w opening between. Great looking for work to play. NOTE fabric is thin, with one pic of tag you can see my fingers through fabric. Sleeves gathered at shoulder, gathered and banded at edge. Dimensions/approx: 20.5" flat across back under arms 29" top back of shirt to hem 8" shoulder seam to end of sleeve 19" under arm seam to hem 25" flat across hemline
