NWT Converse dress. Size Medium. Color on the tag says Teal. It’s a dark teal with light tan/ cream lace detail. 4 button front with elastic tie waist. This has a sheath slip underneath that’s detachable. (See last picture). Tie at waist that’s can loosen or tighten. Ruffled collar and around arm holes. 100% Cotton. Rough measurements: Armpit to armpit- 19 inches Length- 37 inches Waist- 15 inches (adjustable)
