These Converse are pre-loved, but there's still a lot of life in them. Both tags are ripped. I believe it's from the way they sit on the tongue of the shoe. Also, the little elastic piece under the velcro is cut. It was easier to get the babies feet into the shoes. But the Velcro over the top keeps her feet in perfect.
