shoemamacita that is very personal. they tend to more generally run large but again it is subjective and some people find them true to size or even small so I would recommend to go with your gut and maybe base your decision on previous experiences with Converse. worse case you can find someone that will fit in them, resell them, or donate them. Come to think of it maybe buy every size.
