plfyb @mls_avalos May I ask when this was purchased, and if you had issues with the other one? I bought one (factory-sealed but defective) and am now aware of several people with the same issue. I contacted the company but they're of no help - they have no information about the tech side of the product. They also can't provide a warranty unless it was the original person calling with the transaction info! Great device, but wanting to ask ahead. Sorry Posh doesn't have private messages.
