digille @sarahh242 Waist measures 14" and stretches to 15". The ptp stretch is a little difficult to measure b/c the surplice neckline just opens further. So, part of the stretch would depend on how comfortable you are with cleavage! ;) However, I stretched the back and measured between armpits and it stretched to 17" in the back alone.
