Connected Apparel Size 14 Black and White Houndstooth Dress

This fun, elegant dress features flat ruffles that gather on the side toward a subtle rose detail. It's fitted and has no stretch, and while it's a size 14, it was a lot more comfortable wearing it as a 12. Note the measurements. When I was laying this dress out, I noticed that there was a small area where the stitching is coming undone under the left armpit; this would be easy to fix and is in a place where it's not at all noticeable, and it may well have been there the whole time.
