This dress is very appealing to the eyes. The rouching, through the cross-over bust & thick waistband, gives it dimension and balance. The outside layer is a stretchy tulle. The inside slip layer is a nice creamy polyester. There are some fabric imperfections on the back the shoulder blade area (see photo), and one is a small hole.
