The Foxconn is a fan for desktop, it aids in keeping internal chips etc cool. Its dimensions are 92mm x 92mm x 25mm. It has a 3 pin connector, & plugs into motherboard, if u have a 4 pin the 3 will still work, u just leave 4rth exposed. The motherboard controls its speed. 2017 Intel CPU Cooler that is directly screwed into motherboard (screws attached) also has a removable frame that screws into motherboard also that surrounds the chip with a lever release. The cooler is mounted around/ontop of the framed chip, ( cooler still has thermal grease on it). Does include the CPU Intel Core i5-4570. I had these parts in my Windows 8.1 When I upgraded puter I saved these parts. They work beautifully & are sold as is & non returnable.
