tcherryreese @tresf357 Yes, the middle aged spread. Lol. 😆 It's super tough to keep weight off for females over 40 after children with conditions. It frustrates me so much at how easily my husband loses weight and I gain it. I wear size 9 in shoes 👞 and have big muscular calves.🦵Thanks 😊 for your honesty and understanding.
