This sheet is great for kids who need compression, but don't want a weighted blanket. It fits on the mattress kind of like a sock (not the full length, though, so their head and arms are still out). We called it a "hug sheet" or a "snuggle sheet". (I wish they made these in king size for me, haha!) This is in good used condition, clean home. Washed and dried on hot, unscented detergent. Faded but good shape. Approx 50x 39 (twin bed size). Organic cotton and spandex. Retails for $51 on the Fun and Function website and on Amazon.
