probably authentic, vintage for sure as I bought it y2kish with the other high end stuff in my closet. tagged small, waist measures 25 inches and will need a few stitches on the hook and snap in the waistband, 30 inch total length great for showing off great boots, and 46 inches around the hem with the pleates fully stretched. beautiful for spins. item has been in the presence of cigarette and recreational smoke and assorted pets. dry cleaner required, but this is an unpolished gem just waiting to escape from its sadly neglectful hoarder stash. high end items will disappear on NYE or when I've sold 600 worth, the taxes get too complicated.
