Comme de Garçon black & grey layered blazer from the Spring 2011 collection

From the CDG Spring/Summer 2011 Collection. Hard to photograph this unique, low key dramatic jacket that I have not seen anywhere else IRL. Made up of three separate blazer pieces layered and sewn together. Can be worn different ways. Looks fantastic worn as a black top layer with the other two coats hanging in the back making a bustle. Or button one shorter black side to the longer grey one with the other pieces draping down the back as styled on the runway (see photos). Made from a black poly/cotton pea coat, a black cotton blazer and a gray cotton longer blazer coat. Like all Rei Kawakubo pieces it is almost impossible to wear whilst also feeling and looking amazing to wear. A real head turner. IYKYK! I will add more photos if I can find a suitable model to photograph it in. Have tried to photograph it showing the three jacket layers. Estimated item measurements; Bust: 39” Waist: 35” Shoulder: 16” Sleeve: 28” Length varies depending on how you wear it but layers run hip length to mid-thigh.
