Comme Des Garcons patchwork poplin collar blouse

Never worn. Not sure what happened to the extra buttons in the picture, but I can try to find them. They are standard pearlized shirt buttons, so not difficult to replace. Reposhing this item I purchased from @phantombae. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Questions? Leave a comment below!
