Commando control faux leather leggings..

Commando control, faux leather leggings. brand new and never worn. Still have the tags on them. These run very small in my opinion. The waist unstretched in these is 13 inches the inseam is 28 inches. I think these would best fit a small . I am a medium and they are to small for me . Straight tight legs. Would look great this fall with boots and a great oversized sweater!i am saying they are small but tag saids large . I think they would best fit a smaller even an extra small.
