This Comfytemp electric heated wrap heating pad for back pain relief 15" X 17" gray is new in an open box. I pulled the pad out and tested on different temperature settings. The pad worked as expected. The pad uses instaheat technology, has timer settings, 9 heat settings and is machine washable. The strap to hold the pad in place is adjustable.
