@rt7155 Hi doll, yes it is. But it also has good stretch. I am 5"8" 190lbs and i wear a Medium in it. So it all depends on if you want it to be loose on you or more fitted.

@dadrbentl19 yeah I wasn't sure, I usually get Large cause they always seem to fit better. the s/m Usually rides up in between my thighs and I like it to hang a little loose
..if that makes sense lol
