moopcosmos @maggiebranca i know it’s only the coat, sorry if that didn’t make sense ! a powder skirt is not like a physical separate thing from the coat, it’s a built in elastic band at the bottom of the inside of a coat that when wearing the coat blocks snow from getting up in your coat, some columbias have then some dont

maggiebranca @moopcosmos it does not have an elastic band but both layers havecthectoggke drawstring that you could tighten accordingly. I added a few photos for you. I hope that helps!
