Columbia Womens Core Jacket Blue Small

Columbia women’s heavy weight jacket.  Has inside zipper, toggle to tighten around waist and bottom, inside pocket, and removable hood.  Gently used condition, there is a spot on the back (see picture).   Measurements are:  28” sleeve, 28” from shoulder to hem, and 21 ½” from armpit to armpit.
