Columbia Waterproof Blue Hooded Jacket Women's XL

Reposhing this item I purchased from @tiny3504. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. This jacket is like new. The fabric is made of highly water resistant construction and breathable. The inside is lined with a soft warm fabric. The outside pockets are lined for warmth and have zippers. There are two inside pockets, one has a zipper to secure your items. The hood can be rolled up and secured with a velco strap when not needed. Wrist openings have velcro closures to keep wind and rain out. There are adjustable stretch bands.
