These snow pants are a light navy or a deep royal blue. Hook and zipper closure at waist. All elastics in good shape. Velcro closure on hip pockets. Snap on leg pocket. Reinforced backside (seat) and reinforced knees. There is very slight wear on the knees and some slight wear with a few tiny frayed areas on the bottom hem at ankles; not enough to change appearance or functionality. Smoke free and pet free home.
