@jvl123264 hi! Length is 9 inches. Width is more difficult to measure, but I got 10 inches. It does stretch!

@crmatthews96 thank you, I meant the width of the whole vest, not the arm holes (measuring from left armpit to right armpit) and the length from top of vest to the bottom.... thanks for your time!!
