Extremely warm with the omniheat, puffer feel (though slimmer than true puffer), hood, and the finger holes as shown to lock in heat in arms. @linzee59 hi! Sorry for the delay! If I measured correctly, it looks like 18 inches between the arms and then 17 inches waist area. There is stretch!!
