Excellent general condition but there are light rub marks on the bottom of one leg and a few on the other leg combined with some short slits in the material as seen in the pictures. Comes from a smoke and pet-free environment. Tag size: 3XL Measurements are: (laying flat), 24" (48" waist), rise 16", inseam 34" Please ask questions. I hand pick and grade all my items.
