Columbia Men's Small PFG Backcast III Water Shorts Omni-Shade Lined UPF 50 6" Inseam NWT Canyon Blue. New but came to me with some black stains. See pictures. I'm sure they will come off but I didn't want to wash them since they have tags on them and didn't want to remove the tags.
