@andnicki This coat is vintage as I have had it for probably 20 years. Sizing does change over time.
Let me take some measurements and will post them.

@andnicki thanks for your patience. Here are some measurements.
Shoulder to sleeve is 25 inches
Armpit to bottom of coat is 20 1/2 inches
Shoulder shoulder is 16 1/2 inches
Neck to bottom of coats is 32 inches
Widest part of coats is 24 1/2 inches.
