These are men’s vintage Columbia sportswear, fully lined, wind and rain (parachute) pants with an elastic waist and additional drawstring inside for security. Utility hook on the front and a snap pocket at the rear. Elastic hems (jogger style) are reinforced with heavier rip stop canvas at the ankles. Size medium men’s but could be worn by anyone they fit. Perfect for wind and rain. Wear over long underwear for snow removal on warmer days. They don’t make things like this anymore.
