Hi! I’m interested in buying this Columbia jacket for my boyfriend! He needs a warm coat. The lingering cigarette smell is the only issue. The jacket would need to be professionally cleaned. In my area, a dry cleaner charges, on average, $30. That is the reason for my $$ offer. Thank you!
