Waist 30" flat lay (elastic waist), Inseam 4.5", Rise 10.5" I bought them for myself on eBay and they were listed as women’s, but they fit me funny. I reverse image searched them, and everyone else has this pair listed as men’s. GUC--no flaws or issues Elastic waist, back zipper pocket, Tie inside the waist to tighten if desired
