Medium is an interchange Core polartec, both jackets have toggles at hem, interior pockets, and zippered pockets the chest measurements are similar at about 40" they are in great shape, the fleece has the worn look from laundering, some piling, but no stains or holes- zippers work perfect! I am thinning out my jacket collection-
